NEW - A writing and creative retreat in a Nubian village close to Aswan, in the peaceful ambiance of the west bank of the Nile.
From February 10th to February 17th 2018
We will stay in a beautiful traditional built villa with a magnificent view on the Nile. The retreat is open to 7 participants.
How we work
We start the day with our yoga and meditation practice. After breakfast there is time to focus on your (work) project.
In the afternoon we will organize trips, exploring the little islands in the Nile with our felucca, visiting picturesque Nubian villages and walking through the deserts and sand dunes home to ancient tombs and temples. Joining these trips is optional. You can also stay in the house or garden to continue writing or creating.
Before dinner we will offer another (active) meditation session.
In the evening we gather around a delicious meal, have fun, discuss topics that matter, give input on inspirational and creative work or we facilitate a council-evening.
On request we can organise day-trips. For example to visit Abu Simbel temple. (cost price)
In February the average daily temperature is around 25 degrees celsius and a day counts 11 hours of sunshine.
